We left Port Everglades at about noon on Saturday, had to motor-sail for a few hours to get into the Gulf Stream and clear air. Since then we've had a great evening and then night of sailing. Tom and Mike saw a Marlin early on, and then we were greated by a big pod of very energetic Dolphins who swam and played in our bow wake. At about 0200 this morning we cleared the west end of the Bahama Bank, and are now working our way east to the far side of the Gulf stream
Our position as of 055 on Sunday was
27
21.022 North by 078 57.2 West
The wind is behind us from the Southwest at
about 15kts and we're sailing at bout 6 1/2 knots
